What is my Reseller discount?
The level of your discount is based upon your sales volume with starting with 20%. The more you sell, the more you save. When does my Reseller discount begin and is there a license fee?
As a reseller your discounted pricing starts with your second order, and no license fee.

How much product do I need to sell to be an "Active" reseller?
We prefer payment via credit card and accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept bank wires and business checks (verification of funds required before product can be delivered.)

What are the Reseller's responsibilities?
The reseller is responsible for the marketing, promoting and becoming "product knowledgeable" of the SmartMax products they are registered to resell to clients and prospects.

How do Resellers handle after-the-sale support?
Actually, all support is handled directly by SmartMax. If your clients need help they can open up a trouble ticket via the website, telephone, email or use live chat support. We are here to help.

Can I discount the SmartMax products I am reselling?
We ask that you do not advertise market, promote or sell the SmartMax products you are registered to resell at a price any less than advertised at www.smartmax.com or www.sightmax.com.

What marketing and promotional materials can I use?
We view our website as our online brochure. As a registered reseller you may feel free to make printed copies of website pages in order to market and promote SmartMax products. We also offer free downloadable trials of all our products as a selling tool.

As a Reseller can I use SmartMax logos to promote and advertise products?
Yes, as a reseller you are authorized to use the SmartMax Software logo. If you are a registered SightMax reseller you may use that logo as well.
