Changing survey required fields

First off, love the software!!  How do you change the survey fields to be required or not?  Thanks in advance..

 

From the operator client, go to Tools and then Chat Surveys....  when you pick the site/queue/survey you want to edit, there is a "Required" checkbox you can check or uncheck:

Yup, run Community Server ourselves also and would never keep up without RSS keeping me informed.
