Error under login

Hi, I have downloaded the trial version, and I can’t login when I click sightMaxAdminExe. I can’t se that the file SystemAdministrator.smrem is created in the SightMaxWebServices folder. Gets a time out error and that my GUI may not support the service.

Any suggestion to what I can do? Under IIS I use the default web site.

I think I also have the same error. Downloaded demo. When I run sightMaxAdminExe it says "The Operation has timed out. Your operator application may not be compatible with the server". Please advise.
