    Required check box for radio Item

    First off, this is by far the best live chat system out there!  Keep up the good work.  I don't think that the "Required" check box works correctly though, I have it checked for a Radio Item and the survey goes through without selecting an option.  Please let me know if this is a known bug and if you have a work around for this.  Thank you..

    No, we haven't heard of that as a bug.  You might restart the Sightmax service when you get a chance and see if that helps.  Are you sure you made the changes and posted the survey properly?

    I go to "Tools", "Chat Surveys" and then "Pre-Chat".  I click on "New PreChat Survey".  I am positive that I am checking the required box when I create a RadioButtonGroup but it doesn't hold the value when I replace and delete the existing survey.  I've tried deleting the group, rebooting the server and adding it again but it still does not retain the value.  I've also tried changing the value of Required in the table tblSurveyItems to 1 and rebooted but it still does not require them to select a radio option I've specified in the PreChat survey.  I reboot my systems too before checking.  Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks you..

    Call into our support and let us take a look at it.  I know it works, but we need to figure out what is going on with your system.
