Adding Column in SightMax Operator Console

Hello,

 Is it possible to add a column like "Customer ID" to the list of columns in the Operator Console (v5.0).  We can get the customerID from the pre-chat survey but we would like to have that displayed along side the columns like hostname and browser. This is so the user doesn't have to click to the survey tab each time to check the customerID.

Hi Clinton,

Unfortunately this is not possible.  However, you may wish to check out the suggestion I gave in this post regarding changing the SmartMaxPrevChat cookie we set in SightMax 5.0.
