In v3 you could easily see from the Operator icon in the task bar whether you were connected or not.  V4 doesn't have this feature.

Whilst on this topic it would also be good if you could login and change your status using the taskbar icon, like you can with most IM programs, instead of having to open the main interface.

You can run your mouse over the sightmax icon in the system tray, you will see the connect state, as well as the number of visitors.

Changing the status would be a nice addition to the tray status icon, agreed.

With the System Tray Icon I know putting the mouse over the icon shows you the details but I still think its better if the icon visually represented the current state.

The notification windows overlap the send button which is sometimes a bit of a tease. If you look into the MS Outlook notification windows, you will see that they are usually a bit higher which is very convenient.
