customize the "please fill out the following..." message?

Did not see anyone ask for this yet: I need to customize the "please fill out the following..." message that appears when there is no operator available.   I expected it to appear in the CustomLang file but did not see it there.

If this is not currently possible, then please consider this a suggestion for new feature. If it is possible, how?

The text in the offline message and the prechat survey can be modified from within the SightMax Operator.  If you are logged in as an Operator Admin you can go under Tools > Chat Surveys to edit them.
