It appears that when a visitor fills in the offline form, if the email address is malformed, the Sightmax app drops it without notice to us or the visitor. (Offline forms can be submitted by visitor, but smtp server does not receive unless email is well formed). Can the form be validated (same as app) before submit, or better yet can the app replace a malformed email address with Admin address or skip validation altogether?
Some visitors will want to protect their email by entering, say, "jsmith at ibm dot com," or they might just fat-finger it, and no one knows it didn't get sent.
