As previously announced the time has arrived… our Annual SightMax Support Plan is being divided up into two separate packages; a 'Technical Support Subscription' and 'Software Update Subscription'.

Unlike many of our competitors, SmartMax Software does not include support cost in the retail price however, as our SightMax customer base has grown, the amount of support has as well.  As the live chat vendor for mid to large-scale organizations such as financial institutions, universities, and Fortune 500 companies, we must change our policies in order to accommodate all of our customers.
